Welcome to Granger Angus. Besides Angus Cattle we have great opportunities for hunting Black Bear and Mule Deer on our foothills ranch. We are not outfitters, these are self-guided hunts on our private property. The diverse terrain is perfect for mule deer, whitetail, elk, antelope and black bear. Mountain lions, bobcats, coyotes and an occasional wolf also inhabit the area.Because we are not outfitters our clients are not guaranteed a deer tag in Montana. Our self guided hunts are scheduled after the Montana drawing in mid April. The complete accommodations on this private ranch allow full access to our land with a maximum of three (full accomodation) or four big game hunters (access only) at a time. Please call before mid-March and ask about landowner sponsored certificates A maximum of eight deer hunters per year are allowed. This is to increase the possibility of a trophy animal.
